If you have an antique item you wish to sell or consign with us please send us clear photographs and any background information you know about the object by mail or e-mail. We will evaluate whether it is appropriate for our showroom and then provide you with a preliminary retail price and details regarding our consignment commission rate or an offer to purchase.

ESTATE SALES

We have over 30 years experience in conducted on-site estate sales. Generally our estate sales run for 2-3 days with 3-5 days of setup depending on the size of the house. We will try to sell the entire or partial contents of a home from antiques to common household items. We handle all newspaper advertising, signage and mailers. The entire set-up of the sale is handled by our experienced team. Our fee is based on a percentage of the sale proceeds.

APPRAISALS

The staff of Eron Johnson Antiques can appraise items for a variety of needs including fair market value, insurance or estate (probate) purposes. Eron Johnson has over 30 years of hands on experience in the antiques trade in the Denver, Colorado area. The appraisal fee is based on a competitive hourly rate. Please note that for locations outside the Denver metro area, travel and related expenses may also be charged.

ANTIQUES IDENTIFICATION

For those who wish to learn more about their antique pieces, you may also send us clear detailed photographs by mail or e-mail. As time permits, we will try to help you identify your antiques that fall within our areas of expertise. Unfortunately, we cannot provide an estimate of monetary value on your item.
