This single foo dog (or lion) was hand carved and is depicted in the traditional, seated position, adorned with the accountrments of his role as protector; also reflected in his fierce, if somewhat whimsical expression. This is an early piece that shows the weathering of generations of exposure. He will make a great garden ornament.
