(Item: M1962)
This early fire pan was cast with a raised "bat" design encircling the broad rim. Each of the three legs was cast with human masks on the "knees". Originally a provincial "stove" for cooking over hot coals,it still makes a nice, table-top brazier, but also affords many creative uses as a centerpiece or flower or fruit bowl.
