This tall and narrow mirror was hand fashioned with a very tall, assymetrical crest that displays a central, oval medallion, a single florette and suggestions of shell carving; motifs that are echoed in a more restrained manner at the bottom. The looking glass is surrounded by a moulded edge; the form and design of the piece, reminiscent of French, Louis XV style.
