This large vase was hand decorated with polychrome enameling on a blanc de chine base. Formed with a dramatically flared top and bottom, it features a design on the front and calligraphy on the back side. The hand painted design features an unusual arrangement of stacked plant stands with vases of flowers, including a large tree peony. It is a colorful piece and makes a visual statement.
