Probably Stevens & Williams, Stourbridge (c. 1830-1930), this lovely and delicate piece was hand fashioned of opalescent glass, with a low, ruffled rim that features an applied, pink threaded edge. The bottom displays a polished pontil mark. It will make a beautiful centerpiece for a small table.
