(Item: D0826)
This fierce, but somewhat amusing creature, known as a vyaladefinition in northern India, is depicted in the traditional manner with a leonine body and dog head. It was nicely rendered with a chain around his neck and a dramatic, swept up tail. Of mottled brown and white stone, it is a very interesting accessory for the garden or inside the home.
