Hand crafted in square form, this stout, provincial table features a thick, floating panel top over a deep apron that features two hand carved, floral panels on each side, and a scalloped lower apron; the front bearing two small drawers. It sits atop four, square legs, with cloud-form spandrels, that support a box stretcher. It retains much of the original, black, lacquer paint. It is generously sized and a very useful form for a work table or occasional piece.
