This large and impressive wardrobe was fashioned in an early, traditional manner. It features a very large and deep moulded cornice over double doors; each with a intracately moulded panel featuring a raised, rectangular center with pointed top and bottom. The doors are flanked by half pilasters with finely carved Corinthian, ebonized capitals; the ebony echoed on moulding on the basewhich houses two, small drawers. The piece terminates on enormous, ebonized, bun feet. This is an important piece and great, early antique. It will definitely make a room.
