From Kerala, India,this piece was hand carved in three, graduated tiers, with a turtle form as the base, this early lamp was made with oil recesses on each of the tiers. It is a whimsical piece that offers many creative decorating possibilities. . .both indoors and out. It would make a great miniature plant stand or centerpiece or serving piece on a table.
