This stately set of four pricket sticks was hand carved for use on an altar. Each features a broad, drip surface that tapers, with moulded details, onto a tall, triform stem that features hand carved details, including a fleur de lis, on two sides. It terminates on a broad, triform, footed base with a carved, drape-like effect on the top. Notice the original, hand forged iron prickets and the well patinated, painted finish.
