This lovely, early, parcel gilt, altar stick was hand carved in a form traditional to the eclesiastical sticks of Goa, India. It was made in triform with carved designs on two sides; including fleur de lis and floral details. The piece retains the original, hand forged iron pricket and most of the original finish; well patinated from ages of use.
