Knud Kyhn (Danish, 1880-1969) Made for Royal Copenhagen (Danish, 1775-present) Signed and dated lower right:"19 K/K 40" with three wavy lines for Royal Copenhagen. Original paper label on edge. A painter and sculptor, Kyhn worked intermittently for Royal Copenhagen and Bing and the Grondahl factories, as well as others. These ceramic pieces feature raised, each moulded tile is depicting the garden of Eden, with Adam and Eve.
