Knud Kyhn (Denmark, 1880-1969). Signed and dated lower right:"19 K/K 40". Paper label on edge. A painter and sculptor, Kyhn worked intermittently for Royal Copenhagen and Bing & Grondahl factories, among others. These pieces feature raised, moulded panels depicting the garden of Eden, with Adam and Eve. They make a stunning display for any large room.
