(Item: D1113)
Found in Kerala, India, this Sev (noodle) maker was whimsically hand carved in the British form of a lion. It is in a shape similar to a book press, but used, with a container underneath, to press out noodles. There is Indian calligraphy carved on the front. It is an interesting piece as an unusual, small occasional table, or just an accessory of note.
