This beautiful screen was hand carved in delicate fashion, featuring a large panel depicting flowering trees and ruyi forms. It is surrounded by small, pierced panels of geomentric and foliate patterns. In lovely shape, this piece retains the original, polychrome lacquered finish; primarily in tones of red and black with accents of soft green. It is, indeed, a special accessory.
