This impressive, large side table was hand crafted with mortised construction. It features a thick, solid slab top, with nicely moulded sides; the underside of which is signed and dated. The side legs display fluted ends, pierced panels with central medallions housing calligraphic symbols, and the legs are flanked by pierced, cloud-form spandrels. This is a beautiful piece that affords many uses in the modern home.
