Hand crafted in a shallow proportion, this piece was fashioned with a plain top surmounting five open compartments, all with cloud form spandrels, sitting atop six small cabinets. Cloud form spandrels support the ends of the top, terminating on the plain, board legs and echoed on the apron. The piece is finished in a rich red lacquer, with polychrome, floral paintings on the little doors. It makes a colorful display piece.
