Early Spanish Carved Walnut Table
(Item: T2367)
This wonderful table was found in France: Provenance: Chateau de Theobon, Perigord Region. With two drawers on one side, it features exhuberant, deeply carved, foliate panels on all four sides of the apron, beneath a hefty, single board top. The legs display long, sausage turning with slight ring details at the top and bottom, along with an H stretcher, resting atop bun feet. Notice the hand forged drop pulls on the drawers, and handmade nails.
