English Colonial Glass Hall Lantern
Known as a hundi, this Anglo-Indian lamp was crafted in an elongated form. It has brass mounts, including a brass finial at the bottom. As found in the homes of the 18th and 19th centuries, these were made for candle use, but can be easily electrified.
