This beautiful chaise longue (lounge) was fashioned with the curving lines and shell detail traditional to Louis XV in France. The curving frame, with access on the right side, features a shell at the crest rail and arm terminus. It is upholstered with a lovely paisley damask in tones of aqua and cream, including a luxurious, down cushion, matching the painted frame that is highlighted in gilt. A truly special piece!
