This interesting little box features a hipped lid that displays a carved cross, a slot for offerings and a fine, hand wrought iron swing bail. Notice the wonderfully crafted and shaped iron hinges on the back and the unusually hefty hasp and lock with brass nailheads. It is a charming piece; a great accessory.
