(Item: C2424)
Found in Goa, India, this two part piece was made of two of the world's rarest and hardest woods. The satinwood body is enhanced by ebony trim, including the cornice, half-pilasters on the outer edges and beaded trim around the panels on the four doors. The top portion houses a mid section of three drawers. Notice the dramatic, scrolled apron with a carved florette at the center. It makes a useful and attractive storage cupboard. Note: shrinkage cracks on doors and warped door.
