This striking, French server was hand crafted in two parts. The upper portion, with three, small doors, features an incredibly deep, moulded cornice, which, along with the barley-twist supports, are later additions. The base has a large, shallow drawer over double doors and sits atop the original, flattened, bun feet. All doors display moulded, fielded panels in pyramid form. Additions of applied, half-spindles and flat, pierced decorations enhance this decorative piece.
