This later, hand bevelled mirror is housed in an early, gesso and pine frame. The frame was hand fashioned in rococo style, featuring florettes at the center of each side and in the corners; the corners surmounted by carved shells. The body of the piece displays finely executed, twining foliage and flowers; minutely detailed. Exhibiting a softly worn patina, this mirror will make a lovely wall accessory.
