A very unusual piece, this writing table features a beautiful, inlaid top of burled alder root. It houses a central drawer, flanked by two on each side and displays applied, carved, pierced and ebonized, scrolled spandrels. The legs are turned with ebonized accents on the ball and ring features. This is a very pretty piece, and very useful.
