This very unusual hanging lamp was hand carved and hangs from a decorative, custom chain and foliate carved ceiling cap. It features a carved putti figure hanging onto a lower ring and standing in the center of a fairly thick, scalloped platform, upon which sit five candle cups. five lower scrolled elements suspend a finial at the bottom. Parcel gilt, this piece is accented with a slate gray painted finish.
