Found in the south of India, this English Colonial chest was hand crafted, in George III fashion, with a provincial hand. It features extensive and decorative brass mounts, including side handles, and houses three, small drawers, with swan neck bails beneath the lift-top trunk. It sits atop a base with a rustic, scalloped apron and bracket feet. This piece is a perfect size for use as a coffee table.
