This tiny, flat-topped trunk was hand crafted with unusual details. It features hand forged iron nail heads and applied, hand hammered brass designs on the front, and hand forged, swing bails on the sides. The interior houses a small ditty (or candle) box. In classic, English manner, it sits atop bracket feet. It retains some of the original, pale green painted finish. It is a charming, provincial piece.
