Designed with an adaptation of curule legs, in a somewhat X shape, a style popular in a much earlier period, this lovely, small seat features applied circle medallions at the cross of the scrolled members and supports a nicely turned center stretcher. It is currently upholstered in a pleasant, forest green, cut velvet. It is a pretty piece that affords extra seating.
