This whimsical, somewhat fierce and somewhat amusing, figure was hand carved and painted, depicting a hunched over creature in the mode of a gargoyle. Now mounted on a wooden base, it retains most of the original, pale polychrome painted finish. It makes a most interesting accessory; certainly a coversation piece!
