This tall, narrow cabinet was hand crafted with exposed mortise and tenon construction. It houses double door compartments above and below two drawers at the center. The upper doors display panels of calligraphy and the lower ones, genre scenes flanked by panels depicting flower vases. The drawers have foliate carving and ring pulls. The piece retains the original, exterior hardware, featuring lovely escutcheons on the doors. The straight legs support a low, open shelf.
