This piece was hand crafted and whimsically painted, in the Mongolian tradition. It features a floating panel top over two drawers and a double door cabinet. The drawers are painted with floral designs, and the doors, with animal scenes; the left depicting a pond scene with a cat, two tiny pandas and a jumping fish (koi); the right, a roaring lion. The doors are flanked by panels of calligraphy. This is a charming and colorful piece, affording good storage.
