The top of this very long table was fashioned with a nicely moulded edge and features ebony and satinwood string inlay. It rests on a trestle base with broad, shaped ends displaying acanthus leaf, shield and helmeted gods details, terminating on paw feet. A center, identical support is set sideways on the trestle; visible from the long sides. This piece makes a wonderful conference table, as well as a long dining table.
