Franco-Italian hand carved and paneled oak sideboard executed in the extremely rare provincial two door galbe form with each side (including the canted corners) curved and shaped in a somewhat bombe manner. This extremely scarce form is further enhanced with restrained floral carving and wonderful shell carved feet. Note the 18th century pegged construction and heft of the back panels.
