Marked (upper left): No. 19. Signed: Caroline Naui(?) Aquaforte 1838 and Jules Gagnier(?). Example of a 13th century sword and scabbard, a 15th century armoured knight on horseback (after Duc Jean de Saxe) and a 13th century knight in chain mail with shield from the collection of "Monsieur Wagner". Aquaforte is a method of engraving that resembles watercolor. The engraving is matted and gilt framed.
