Manufactured by Miles & Co., London, this lovely piece, of heavy brass, was attractively designed with decorative lines throughout. It sits atop three arched legs and features a manual lever to lift the twin pans once the bags of coin and weights had been in place. Today, it makes a novel and handsome accessory.
