Signed, Defries, this piece was hand blown, in globular form, for the English or Anglo-Indian market. This lovely lamp is of a beautiful color and retains the matching, domed smoke bell. Notice the embossed decoration on the brass mounts. Originally used as a candle lamp, this piece could easily be electrified. It makes a charming decorating statement, and could nicely pair with L1528.
