This lovely tea cake server was fashioned with a handled, raised center over a sectioned, round platter. It would have been used for cakes and accoutrements for high tea. Today, it makes a wonderful hors de oeuvre tray. It is beautifully decorated in a bittersweet, oak leaf and acorn pattern.
