This beautiful, lift-top trunk was fashioned with two drawers below, sitting atop carved, stout, bun feet. It features extraordinary brass hardware: decoratively cut escutcheons, etched with angel forms, heavy side bails, cut brass strap supports on the corners and large, round bolt heads on the top. This sturdy, flat topped piece would make a wonderful coffee table, and offers great storage.
