Similar enough to be used as a pair, these enormous pricket sticks were hand crafted, probably for use as altar sticks. They feature the original, hand forged iron prickets and are carved with broad drip bases, baluster-turned stems and round, tiered bases. Each retains traces of former painted finishes. They are impressive enough to make a real design statement, and would possibly make nice lamps.
