Beautifully conceived, the top of this unusual, bowfront cupboard was hand fashioned in the Regency style of the early 19th century. It features an open bonnet in ogee form, over double, glazed doors. The later base, with double doors below, faithfully follows the style of the top. Recently rubbed back to the original, pale green paint, it has been further enhanced with painted details and silver gilt mullions.
