Hand crafted, this English Colonial, four poster bed features an intricately conceived headboard with a pierced, crest of scrolling foliage flanking a leaf cluster, all over a panel of turned spindles and pierced, foliate medallions, accented by flute runs and rosette medallions on the supports: a pattern repeated on the footboard. The pencil posts and turned and fluted legs underscore the elegance of the piece. This bed does require a custom mattress.
