Hand crafted and retaining some of the original, hand forged, iron nails, this small cupboard was fashioned with a concave cornice over double doors that display geometic mounded patterns. There is a small moulded border beneath the doors, over two small drawers, also with moulded details. And the piece terminates on a moulded base. It sports a newer, blue and red painted finish and is dated: 1789, with the initials: M.G.S.S.
