This beautifully rendered bronze depicts an animated, roaring griffin holding a cartouche-shaped shield. It retains a crist gilt finish and sits upon a black plinth. It makes a classic decorating statement, but also would make a wonderful, small table lamp. The shield affords opportunity for personalized engraving.
