This large and beautiful bench was thoughtfully designed in a style of English Chippendale. It features floral carving on the top rail and pierced ribbon splats on the four seat backs. With scrolled arms and a nicely scalloped apron, the piece terminates on cabriole legs with nicely defined lion paw feet. Notice, also, the turned, repeated H and raised back stretchers. It is an imposing and commodious settee.
