American Art Deco Fisher and Fisher Marble Fireplace Surround

Ref: M-74-0168

This streamlined fireplace surround is crafted with a simple, rectilinear frieze carved in the center with a rising sun, all on straight jambs. The black marble displays red, grey and white veining. The architectural firm Fisher and Fisher designed this fireplace for the breakfast room of Belcaro. It was the only nod to the contemporary style then popular used in the Georgian style mansion.
