Cast mark (base): Bosio. An important sculptor, Napoleon I commissioned him to make the bas-reliefs for the column of the Place Vendôme. King Louis XVIII made him a court sculptor, and Charles X bestowed the title baron on him. Freestanding figure representing Henry IV as a young boy. This piece was extremely popular in the 19th century.

Condition note: missing sword blade.
