American Steuben Engraved Calcite Glass Three-Light Pendant Bowl Light

DETAILS
A large, antique, Steuben glass dome or bowl shade in white calcite glass, acid etched with a radiating, leaf design. This type of light shade would have been suspended from the ceiling. Calcite glass is a creamy white glass created by Frederick Carder around 1915. The translucency is achieved by adding molten ash to the molten glass. With chrome plated brass rod stem and ceiling cap. The rod can be shortened by a lighting restorer if needed.
