A small, antique, Scandinavian impressionistic landscape of a grove of trees with building in the distance.
Larsen was the son of a master painter and a graduate of the Copenhagen Academy of Art. From 1904 to 1907 he spent time painting in the Danish West Indies (present day U.S. Virgin Islands).
