This pair of antique, French 18th century, tall-back, upholstered chairs feature sausage-turned, legs and ogee H-stretchers, with an added, raised front stretcher. They are comfortable and very usable, fitting well in many different settings. The later upholstery is in fine shape, but certainly could be replaced by that of your choice.
